First and foremost, we hope everyone is keeping safe during these rather unprecedented times. No-one can accurately predict how long the threat of COVID-19 will remain, so we'll be using this page to keep you updated on the latest changes and how they might affect our daily operations at Ethicool.

Shipping & Delivery - POTENTIAL DELAYS - AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS
As you'll see in our Shipping Policy, we use Australia Post for orders within Australia.
Auspost has noted some potential delays with deliveries due to the significant increase in parcel volumes since the COVID-19 outbreak. These delays have been exacerbated by further lockdowns being applied to the state of Victoria (where one of our Ethicool warehouses is based).
Based on our customer feedback so far, these delays are typically meaning:
- Standard parcels are taking a several days longer to deliver within Australia (over a week, in some cases)
- Express parcels within Australia are generally not arriving inline with the "next-day" commitment, and running a couple of days behind.
- Deliveries within New Zealand are occasionally delayed by 1 - 2 weeks.

Hygiene & Manual Handling
We take your safety extremely seriously, regardless of COVID-19. During the outbreak, though, our warehouse is taking additional precautions.
All shipping and handling staff wear gloves and face masks when packing your order, and social distancing is strictly enforced.
Our books have a water-resistant matte coating on the covers (to ensure longevity and durability in kids' hands!) and this is wiped down with sanitiser during the packing process.
